1. Agreement
These terms govern access to Fred, a hosted form generation, publishing, submission collection, and routing service available through sendtofred.com and related application domains. By creating an account, using the dashboard, publishing a form, or submitting data through a Fred endpoint, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and Workspaces
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for keeping access to your account secure, and for activity that occurs in workspaces where you are an owner, admin, or member. You must promptly remove users who should no longer have access to a workspace.
3. Forms and Submissions
You control the forms you create, the fields you collect, the websites where you embed them, and the destinations where Fred routes submissions. You are responsible for giving your own users any notices, consent choices, or disclosures required for the data you collect.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Fred to collect, transmit, store, or route content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or invasive of privacy.
- No credential phishing, impersonation, malware distribution, spam, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- No collection of regulated personal information unless your plan and written agreement explicitly allow it.
- No attempts to bypass rate limits, security controls, workspace boundaries, or service metering.
5. Integrations
When you connect third-party services, you authorize Fred to use the connection details you provide only to deliver the requested integration behavior. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability, and Fred is not responsible for changes or outages in those services.
6. Billing
Paid plans renew on the billing cycle you choose. Yearly plans receive the annual discount shown at checkout and are billed once per year. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where a written order form says otherwise.
7. Service Changes and Availability
Fred may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product improvement. We aim to operate the service reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free delivery.
8. Termination
You may stop using Fred at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, causes service abuse, or fails to pay applicable fees. After termination, data retention and deletion follow the plan settings and privacy commitments in effect for the workspace.
9. Disclaimers and Limits
Fred is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fred disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
